This could have been more fun if Dev decided to make a game where if you win, get the harem, and if you lose/don't do your work, what we witnessed already.

So for all asking if NTR is avoidable, 99% it is not. This probably will be a cuckfest where the girls get railed meanwhile you do errands trying to save something that is doomed already.

You need a gimmick to make it interesting of course. Either the girls catfight with each other for you if the game is vanilla or you end up conquering them 1 by 1 if the game is fun.

I am sure that even thousands of years ago people were tired of the exact same story after a while.

Considering the premise, this would have been a far more interesting game with actual management and player choice
- the MC does his job properly to keeps the invaders out and makes all the girls his harem
- the MC fails and causes the land to be conquered and the women enslaved

It's OK. It can be a tragic story when mc operates to eventually overthrow the invaders and if he fails, its is over, but by the end of the game he wins and "loses" his prize/ woman, but he would win the possible future. It would be better for development with 1 line of the story instead doing 2 games in 1
