Actually, calling the mc loser is just reflex reaction born from playing similar games. The poor guy in this one didn't stand a chance. In other such setups the antagonists are just regular dudes as well.
Here, the mc is a normal human being who is suddenly facing several or even dozens if not hundreds of evil supermen. Each invulnerable, with superspeed, flight, eye lasers and that is only the beginning of his peril.
If you play the game and read the story it becomes obvious that to his great detriment the leader of these evil superman bunch has a personal grudge against him and his family and is hellbent to ruin his life in a particular way (the whole cuck porn setup way).
The narrative isn't exactly stellar and kinda poorly executed, the regular pattern of the same old bnwo tropes kick in and all of a sudden our dedicated warrior mc starts action like a fool which he shouldn't. BUT the key factor here is that even if he would be the smartest kid on the block (which he isn't, in fact he is lost and clueless) he still wouldn't stand a chance.
Everything is rigged against him and him specifically by an army of supermen from the very get-go. He doesn't have a single good card in his hand while the archnemesis guy has a deck filled with aces.
MC is a plain as brick soldier. He wasn't a leader, he wasn't a statergist or even tactician, he wasn't a sharp detective or anything. He was a plain and simple soldier.. who is in fact was basically the only one who dared to try and fight. But in the end he is just a brave but simple soldier. Too trusting, too simple.
Isn't a loser by design, he is a loser because the circumstances made him so. In this particular setup none of us would have had any chance or control over events because every string is pulled by hateboner bad superman guy.
Problem is, this aspect of the setup deteriorates quickly already which is a shame as the plot takes on the familar route of lets make him just dumb, weak willed, clueless, can't put two and two together guy who is a massive closet cuck by default.
But still, if you play you can see that even his family is basically will turn against him rapidy. Mom and simpleton sister will fall prey to "ohmahgawd bbc" in a single day while the supposedly rebellious guerilla resistance other sister is just a massive obnoxious idiot who makes everything worse, all bravado zero brain and blames everything on everyone else while still can't do jackshit yet condemns everyone else when they can't either. Conveniently ignoring the whole evil invulnerable, inhumanly strong, fast evil superman vs regular human beings issue.
