Far as I know, yes. Pretty sure it's a major point of the story the creator wants to tell. I doubt that (if it's ever going to be a choice) it's going to be a choice anytime soon.

Lol. I do think it is funny to say this: "Will they completely assimilate and become honorary Dreadrians, or will they fight back?" Because having unavoidable NTR means that there is no fighting back and that the MC is just a cuck.
