That's a fair point. Where ever possible, we used actresses who had also worked pregnant; though getting details like hair and tattoos to match became it's own mini game of mix and match. It's not impossible, just time consuming.
Of course, real photos are the most satisfying option where possible.
Overall, I've quite enjoyed the game, although I found that you have to know beforehand that you need to get the teleporter early otherwise the random birth events with Midori & Co. will give you too many thralls for the milk production/consuption upgrades to cope with. This is what killed my first run.
By the time I finished what I believe is most of the main story so far:
I had only just collected the resources to avoid runaway milk consumption causing fatal amounts of suspicion (which happens too fast for the suspicion-reduction upgrades to be worthwhile, unless they are a daily effect or something). I felt that this left me with not much reason to continue playing and see the other upgrades - I don't want to spam through days to grind materials to unlock more cave slots to see the girls unlocked by Tier 2.
I'm sure this is something that will be improved when there is more content to play though while you acquire more upgrades, which I look forward to. In the meantime, perhaps it's worth making some of the upgrade choices (such as lair capacity) a bit cheaper to make getting those new girls a viable solution to feeding a growing thrall horde?
A more minor question is about the use of dice rolls. As it is, with no way to improve or customise your stats, they feel quite arbitrary. All the dex check to climb the cliff does at the very start is force unlucky players to restart, for example. It's not as if I chose a more nimble, but weaker, character to unlock that option, and it's not as if it's a hidden area that I can return to if I spend time improving myself; rather, it feels as if the beach house is the "right" way to start the game and that players should be encouraged to go there, not given a dice roll and a game restart.
I say that it feels like the "right" way to start because in my first playthrough, I travelled past the biker bar and into town, encountered the girl on the road (Lisa?) and captured her with pheromones, before teleporting to a cave that I hadn't explored yet.
I hope my comment doesn't come across as negative - as I said, I enjoyed the game and the transformation content is very good. I feel like most of the issues I've raised will be solved automatically as the story and game become more fleshed-out. I'm looking forwards to future updates.
