After that just keep talking with her once per day until you get the only scene so far.

i give up, i only talk to her for 20 days straight and nothing, i only work for 20 days straight and nothing, i didn't nothing for 20 days straight and then talk to her/work and nothing!!! i just give up man she not worth it >:´v

Spoiler ahead, and simply put, she really wasn't worth it at current state.

The Isabella questline, basically you got promoted after successfully sabotage her.
Then you use you're new found position to boss her around and get a view on her ass.
The jobs pay and her generic respond during working did not change at all!

Really not missing much, frankly speaking.
