The R-18 version is only sold on DLsite, and even if you buy the Japanese vesion, you don't have the access to the EN version. I suggest that don't buy it now, just wait 1 or 2 months, we'll fiinish it soon.

You can change the main character sex so there should be a lesbian sex and a character creation tag here (Yes, bc although I don't mind character creation into lesbian there are still people who don't enjoy both so for the sake of clarity someone pls change the tags)

fuck it i give up have been trying to find 4th pledger boss for an hour now but have no idea where they are killed ones in undead city nameless monastery and woods of lost garden...

When you beat the boss in the Undead City you should have gotten a crystal that lets you purify miasma. Take it to the top left area of Man-Eater Town, the little area labeled F on your map. You can now go through that zone to the Swamp and fight the last Pledger.

I really hope it takes more than simply choosing your gender to get a character creation tag, since there's tags for each gender.
