There is no "R18 version" it's a completely different game.
Oh son of a... yeah this comment is true: They're two very different games: This game is R-15! The "Into the Depths" version is the R-18 one.

Not gonna lie, the "turning enemies into your allies" bit is an incredibly appealing idea, even if there's no sexual content. I don't know if I'm gonna grab it or not, but I am debating. It might be one of those games ya download here, then pay for the actual game if it's good. Depends on how good the gameplay and stuff is, including the aforementioned mechanic.

my guess is its the same game just from a turn based prospective and he will either update the old game to allow the new contanet or patch in r-18 to this one
