To update, overwrite any version at or past the 1023 (2021) version. Simply unpack BOTH the patch versions into the base game directory, and overwrite any files it asks about.

Yes or just a general character like him. The lead up to this is him getting caught by another creature that brainwashes him and then this scene would take place.
It's not super specific if it is Alan, at least according to the MTL of the announcement page of it.

You can change the language of the game by pressing the "Language" button on the main menu and selecting "English".

There´s an option to be raped if your hp is 0. Check it on the menu options.
