I don't know why you can't see him there ... is it the only one you are missing ? It was not my case, I was missing one grandpa in the house next to the resistance hideout too. If you are at the last quest to go to dedeat the Dark Ruler Mordred, I was there too.

so i can't wear this cute miko outfit for example and loss to an enemy that has an h-scene?
That's it, worst than this, outfit are usable in specific location only, for example, this miko outfit is removed if you leave this area, and you have to come back and stay to equip and wear it. (you don't have them in inventory, there are places with an icon to equip an outfit)
That scene comes up after you defeat the demon king, it is a "sensual" one, so it is basically post-end-game content. Basically, collect 13 normal scenes --> beat the main storyline game / demon king --> then collect the two hide-and-seek ones in normal (non-bunny) costume in the hall of stars, thereby unlocking sensual (15) --> and then collect all the sensual ones.
I like this game, btw, probably my favorite. It has a genuinely engaging main standard JRPG non-H game, and there is some primal, subconscious part of the brain that gradually builds up emotional attachment to those pixels and really makes unlocking the H scenes worth it. It's like when I was a kid and wished FFVI or something had H content with the characters. The H content is certainly NOT top notch, but the combination of it with the weirdly engrossing JRP game makes the fapping absolutely top notch.
Anyways, I can't stop playing this game. That the key to top-notch fap material is a full length JRPG accompaniment is certainly something I didn't expect.
