So far, one of the male main characters is (optionally) watching a porn movie with a man fucking a transwoman. That is the only trans scene at this point and it does not involve any of the game characters directly.

I don't know what country you are from, but many people don't think it's so bad, in fact it's understandable.
But if you have the classic problems (so I've been told)
They are a bit weird tentacles, they are more "tentacle" style penises, that's something that has to do with the character; for now there is only that scene and there will be more, maybe in the future, but in some of the ramifications.
