I can't give up Alex, but I'm not sure I could pry myself away from Isa. Yet, the guilt is starting to flare and it's (I know it) a joy killer. So, I am very curious about your way out of this conundrum.
You have several options, some more pleasant than others, maybe you'll even go for one I didn't even consider, that would make my day. It is so hard to be surprised anymore.

One detail in a throuple scenario I would really like to see, is that the women are just as smitten with each other as with the MC. I would vastly prefer a situation with three people in love with each other, than one where two of them simply accept each other. Definitely not telling you how to tell your story though, just something to consider perhaps.
