Great game, even though it has its ups and downs it is very good, keep going and don't give up on it

For some reason the game says it can't find the data folder next to the executable but when I checked the data folder is there.

Cant believe i wasted 9hours of my life grinding for a feet scene.But i think i spent majority of it grinding jessica too bcs i didnt last update.I dont know why but her points keep deducting by 1 if i never do her scene for a week,i thought the dev fix something regarding the grind?
Never have i played a game so good and bad at the same time,the grind got to go man or at least add 2-3 points per repeat..the fade in and out effect gtg too.Also holding the L ctrl is not fast enough,i can still read even when im holding it.Not sure if the dev playtest his own game or not,play testing mustve taken awhile bcs of this bs.

Grind fest, rewards so far are a big disappointment. Advancing relationships to score events and then the events are not what I would call a reward. I get not everyone can write good scripts but to write a low hanging fruit kind of script and then grind all enjoyment out of the entire process seems like the dev is their own worst enemy on this one. Not saying give up but as grindy as this is each point earned should grant a much better "reward" seeing as it's probably gonna be a week or more in game to see the next "reward". Sorry dev but this one falls flat. There's no rhythm to the game or "story" it's just grind grind grind and grind some more. Then when you're sick of grinding grind some more then just when you think something good is gonna happen grind again... you over complicated in a way that was not necessary at all. I'll be honest after the last update I wasn't going to continue but I liked the models so thought I try to continue but yeah not worth it.

Is it because my computer is running Windows 7 system? I can't launch the game—there's no response after clicking Isekai Bastard.exe. Honestly, when most people (including me) see "Unity" mentioned, they won't even click in. The majority prefer Ren'Py.

Bastard-Sama - Thank you for the v0.1.2 update and also for making it so that the game isn't paused when another window is active. I'm not in the gaming mood right now so I will be taking my time playing it, but I've got to say that I've been anxiously awaiting this update all month and I am really excited to be able to play it again. I like the premise, the story, the characters, the renders, etc. Whatever flaws that other people think that this game has, may or may not exist, but I don't understand why anyone would throw trash at you the developer or the game when this is a good, intriguing, and sexy game that we should all be grateful to have. There are far worse games out there with better reviews. On the other hand, when I give developers three or four star reviews instead of five star reviews, it doesn't mean that their game sucks or that I don't like it. Sometimes, personally speaking, it's because I liked their game so much but wanted it to be even better so I criticized and was harsh to try and push them to reach that state of perfection. Maybe that is what some of these people are doing. Please don't abandon your game. Any idiot on here saying that you should just quit making games is an immature moron with fifth grader mentality. Just ignore them.

The models are top notch but the animations are too little work and the "gameplay" is just not worth it and WAY too grindy.
