Today was supposed to be the release day for v0.13 Early Access, and I know many of you have been looking forward to it. So was I. On the 13th, I ran into a bug in the save system that’s more serious than I expected. In rare cases, saving over an old file can cause leftover data to carry over into the new save, potentially breaking things in weird and unpredictable ways.

And the milky excuses has began! Soon he will take 6-8 months to 1-2 minutes of gameplay. Too bad, i thought he was a good dev with a potential good game.

On the 13th, I ran into a bug in the save system that’s more serious than I expected. In rare cases, saving over an old file can cause leftover data to carry over into the new save, potentially breaking things in weird and unpredictable ways.
Even though it's not easy to replicate, I can’t release the update knowing this could ruin the experience for someone. I care way too much about delivering something that feels solid and about my work.
The truth is, I’ve been working non-stop these past couple of week, but unfortunately, stuff like that happens sometimes. That kills me inside, because I hate letting people down. Most of you already feel like friends here on this server. I'm really doing my best.
I need a couple more days to fix this and wrap up the update with the level of quality you all deserve. I hope you can be patient with me a bit longer.

Hahaha... typical lying developer... he never had the update for the 15th... at first he mentioned it would be at the beginning of May... then he went from May 10th to 15th... poor idiots who paid 30 or 60 dollars for the membership

Exactamente... lo curioso de este tema es que los pagos automáticos de membresía todavía funcionan jaja me da un poco de pena por la gente que pagó la membresía de $30 o $60... por suerte sospeché que este sujeto era un mentiroso y no pagó la membresía para tener el juego en el lanzamiento.
Kinda blows my mind when a dev says they need a delay on this site isn’t this a pirated/free site for the games? Everyone here is getting a free version of it so when a dev doesn’t promise or say it isn’t ready for release everyone starts bitching about shit happens it’s literally like any other game relax and see what happens if the dev says he encountered a breaking error and it takes 6 months then start bitching about it

What's your problem? The programmer is sacrificing their free time to build you a game. I bet you aren't even paying anything for it. What right do you have to complain about the programmer here!? What exactly are they obligated to do for you?

Alright kiddo, first of all: he is not "sacrificing" anything, he is doing this for MONEY! No one is sacrificing anything for anyone. How old are you? 11? Your mom knows what you are doing on the internet? You must be really young or really stupid (or both) to say what you said.
And for the other dumb people defending the dev: the dev's behavior is already a pattern in this kind of game, anyone who is here (in this forum) long enough knows this. First thing they do is delaying the update with any lame excuse, and when the stupid people believe him (as we can see here), they keep doing and milking even more.

Sacrificing free time? I doubt it, since he charges $60 to get the update on release day... just earning that amount is no longer a sacrifice. I don't know if I should call it work, but he's making money, and that's fine. The problem is that he says dates that are clearly not going to be met... I was subscribed until yesterday on his patreon... the guy blocked me because I asked him what was happening with the update... to which he replied "that it was ready but that he postponed it due to technical problems" to which I then replied "it is not ready... since it is not published" and I must admit that I laughed since I knew that would happen since it is a very common pattern in these amateur developers... since he changed the date 2 times.. "early May" then it went to May 15th and now he asked for more days.. anyway, as a Dev he leaves a lot to say.. since when he blocked me on patreon I went to discord and asked him if he did not accept the criticism haha and he kicked me out of the discord... hahaha the only thing that keeps me calm is that I do not manage to subscribe to the membership of 30 or 60 dollars because the game is not bad.. and personally I like to support when the game is good or attractive.. but if I see that the dev is like others mythomaniacs... perhaps this is the birth of a new Dr. Molly or the "beggar" developer?

Back to the main topic or my thesis:
I am of the opinion that those who have actually paid money do not complain about the delay or the programmer themselves in this forum. Usually, it is those who consider the Internet a place where everything is free. And with this kind of 'game', there are simply too many websites where the game can be accessed for free without any cost. This means that the programmer will know this and accept it, continuing his work nonetheless.
And that means: he owes especially those who do not pay absolutely nothing.
I can wait and I look forward to the continuation. Amen.
