The latest update was back in May not June
and according to the dev, updates should roll out every 60 - 90 days.
Hence, the update supposedly should be in August not September
Neverthlesses, the game is fun and worth the wait
perhaps the chapter finally is just talking more time

August is not impossible, it depends on how complicated the coding is. It seems like he hasn't finished some scenes yet so September is more likely

And he's doing pretty well at it! He might have underestimated the effort involved a bit. But the game is taking new directions, the developer listens to feedback and adjusts the game. All good!

Isekai Bastard v0.14 - Dev Progress #6
Hey folks
Another month down, and version 0.14 is coming together nicely. I’ve got nearly all the planned renders and animations done. Now I’m shifting focus to prepping extra scenes and the big finale for Chapter 1.
As I mentioned before, I'll change most of the navigation system and scenes for Chapter 2, so I need to nail down everything for a smooth transition. I’m still debating whether to stick with the current save/load system or whip up a special “transition save” like some games do, so there’s still a ton on my plate. Well, I'm hoping to have a version 0.14 ready by September
As always, I’ll keep you posted if anything unexpected pops up.
