I downloaded the game client from here. Do you know how to fix this? In the second scene of Relya, even though it shows as unlocked in the gallery, clicking it still throws an error. The other scenes don't have this issue，Is it the developer's fault?

after a quick glance it seems like a coding error to me.. so yes the dev's fault.
there is a slight chance some file got corrupted but chance's for that are like winning a lottery
a clean install would fix that,you could give it a go.
but running the scene from a save instead off the gallery is a temporary solution.
the new version is in the release schedule...you could wait for that and see if it's already fixed ,if not shoot him a DM
0.7 has released on soultice patreon. will this page be updated for this 0.7?
Depend on the "hero", if they don't want to then we will wait for the public update then

So, I updated the game with the update-only patch, but it says that I've reached the end of 0.7 after the old, last Vega scene of 0.6. Anyone else have the same issue? Might it be because the first version of the game I downloaded originally was 0.6, and not 0.5+update to 0.6?

At least the one on Datanodes says 0.6 when booting up the game, and ends where 0.6 content ends.
