How to do it? I'm still confused.

Put gallery_unlocker.rpy in the folder Isekai-Paradise-0.7-pc\game\, then launch the game.
All lewd scenes should be unlocked on the characters' profile pages. You might have to progress through the game a bit to unlock the pages themselves.

You don't have to; it's how I tested that the script was working on my end.
Just putting the script in \game\, launching IP and loading a save should unlock all lewds in a character's gallery.

Man, the game is nice but Vega is single handedly ruining the experience for me. There's NOTHING I like about that harlot and yet not only are we railroaded into being with her and wanting her, she was upgraded from side-character into a main character. Let's not forget she's someone with "vast sexual experience", she's also someone who kidnapped, raped and nearly CASTRATED the MC.

Also, as far as her appearance goes, not at all my cup of tea - too old (not into MILFs in general), her proportions are a bit too big (prefer slimmer/tighter bodies), she has a big tattoo right in the middle of her torso (one of the worst places to have a tattoo for women imo).

Just let me reject her and cut her out from the game as much as possible please.

Bah. As much as this game is nice as a "don't take it too seriously" type of indulgent games, this kind of development is just bad.

I deleted all my savegames and persistent file to test. After starting a new game, I had to play until Relya was unlocked in the character overview, and all her lewds were unlocked. So the script is working as intended.

Are you certain it's in the "game" directory? Are you seeing a file called "gallery_unlocker.rpyc" as well?
Which platform are you on?

Saya menghapus semua savegame dan file persisten saya untuk pengujian. Setelah memulai permainan baru, saya harus bermain sampai Relya terbuka di tampilan karakter, dan semua adegan vulgar miliknya terbuka. Jadi skripnya berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya.

The file needs to be called "gallery_unlocker.rpy", not "gallery_unlocker.rpy.txt". When it loads, the game will create "gallery_unlocker.rpyc" itself.

Here's a zip file with the .rpy in it; delete all other files starting with "gallery_unlocker" from the game folder before unpacking this in there, just to make sure.
