Hey can you guys say how to uncensore fully because the decensor file is just uncensore mildy so help me Is there any way to fully uncensore the game

No idea how to decensor. I unzipped BepInEx_win_x64_5.4.23.2 into the main game folder with the executable. I ran the game and then closed it but no file was generated at all. I can't proceed after this. And even if the config file is produced I do not know what to do with it.

try move game folder to another place. (ex. d:\Games\ISExKAI MAIDEN)

works regardless of game version.
if game updated, move BepInEx folder and additional files(.doorstop_version, doorstop_config.ini, winhttp.dll) to new game folder. that's all.
no game speed down.
If you are already using SW_Decensor in this game, please delete it and use this one.

I'm having a tough time adding this GraphicSettings. Didn't have a problem with Bepinex in general so is there any a video where it shows step by step adding the graphic settings?

I don't know about the settings.
I think reducing Anti-Aliasing would increase performance a bit.

Sorry I might have cause a misunderstanding here . What I'm trying to say is that I can't use the graphic settings even after downloading both GraphicSettings and ConfigurationManager and I can find the mentioned " BepInEx\config\keelhauled.graphicssettings.cfg " file that you said have to be edited manually even after digging the GraphicSettings plugin file.

I'm sorry for making this confusing since this is my first time trying to instal GraphicSettings and ConfigurationManager and I can't find any video guides to show me like the one I found before for BepInEx installation

this game prevents Hot-keys.
generally, after install BepInEx.GraphicsSettings & BepInEx.ConfigurationManager, press F1 bring to config window.

but this game blocks.

so you can manually edit a BepInEx\config\keelhauled.graphicssettings.cfg file. options are commented in the cfg file. for example,
## VSync synchronizes the output video of the graphics card to the refresh rate of the monitor. This prevents tearing and produces a smoother video output.
## Half vsync synchronizes the output to half the refresh rate of your monitor.
# Setting type: VSyncType
# Default value: Default
# Acceptable values: Disabled, Enabled, Half, Default

this explains feature & values. you can use one of "Disabled, Enabled, Half, Default" values.
in case of manual edit, you don't needed a BepInEx.ConfigurationManager.
edit .cfg file with a windows notepad.

Sorry I'm a bit confused. If the uncensor does not make any lag, then why is it lagging after I apply the uncensor? When I remove it, it goes back to normal no lag.

Thank you so much it works this time. On a side note do u mean from not needing the Configuration manageris that if u wanna manually edit the graphic settings u can use notepad instead of the Configuration manager?

yes. Configuration manager makes easy to edit a plugins's settings.
