you edited the "globalgamemanagers" file. but shader's real location is "sharedassets2.assets".
"globalgamemanagers" file is not changed.
do you deleted that shader? may be do edit shader not delete.
and this game is updated to v1.1.

I was edited that file. I was deleted 2 shader(same shader. but different ID). but not worked.

Is there any difference doing that compared to using a uncensor plugin? That's pretty much how it looked for me with dumbrendererdemosaic

Not trying to make fun of you, but the patch that was linked wasn't to remove motion blur and it is no longer available.

Is there any difference doing that compared to using a uncensor plugin? That's pretty much how it looked for me with dumbrendererdemosaic

uncensor plugin makes lag. 'cause it runs background game & processing. edited assets files makes same as original game's speed.
This game requires fast performance.

This should make it easier for everyone, I made a installer with the edited shader file that DecVN shared, it removes the dick mosaics when touching Elmina, the mosaics are still present in the sub-heroines scenes but there is almost nothing to see in them anyways.

Just open the installer, click next, click next, select the game's main folder, click next, wait until it finishes, click next, click close, that's all.

At least for me, changing from the default quality to the lowest quality made my game run extremely slow at 6-15 fps while moving around the town, in default runs between 30-120 fps depending on the scene.
