Ryzen 7 5700x, 32gb ram, gtx 1060 6gb, I must clarify that the 120 fps is in cinematics like when you are talking with Mel before reincarnating, 30-40 with some slowdowns to 15-20 walking around due to the motion blur, and I think it was 30-40 when touching Elmina.

You have good pc, It is unlikely that the problem is with him,try setup that settings.
That's exactly the setting that messed up the fps, I also tried the one equivalent to "medium" but it also affected the performance negatively, it only runs decently setting it up to "high" which I found really weird considering it should the be opposite.
For me it lags terribly on any setting, but periodically, not always. It does not depend on settings, it just lags for 1-2 seconds, then it stops. For me it looks like scene or place does not have much affect. I am using uncensor plugin with settings from post #68, I guess it is because of this. Or may be some game's background process or secondary characters presence affects this. Anyway, try settings from post #68, comparing with default uncensor plugin config it works much better.
I was using the previous demosaic plugin (since it still works I haven't tried the new one) when I tested the game, now I'm using the edited shader from page 5, I haven't tested the performance but supposedly it should be faster compared to using a plugin.
