Finally, after all the waiting and digging…
ISExKAI MAIDEN – Osawari H as you like in another world + DLC v1.6
I happened to come across the link and thought I’d share it here so fellow fans can jump in without the wait.
Hopefully this helps those who’ve been looking forward to the update as much as I have!
Change the game subtitle/language by edit Setting.ini file in game folder.

Press the K button during your exploration to recover to MAX.
An LP+10000 button will be added to the home screen to allow easy purchase of magic.
With ON/OFF function. It can also be restored to its original state.
Move the "DLC" folder into the folder containing the main game.

there is no plugin folder only it shows core folder name shall i put the uncensored dll there and after that i put the core foulder on the game folder right?

Plugin folder should generate itself after launching the game with Bepinex for the first time.
It's fine to just create your own plugins folder and add the plugins there.
IE - game_folder\BepInEx\plugins < create this folder and add plugins
IsexkaiMaidenOsawariHAsYouLikeInAnotherWorld-1.6

game is good, not gonna lie, played 1h
but sht, poorly buiild,
RTX 3060
32 GB RAM
Ryzen7 3700x
and yet pc blows so hard it almost like he flies away, temp skyrocketed
lags here and there
i could play this easy
and controls sck too
2ND time i ran the game again, felt slighly better
but it really is a simulator game, concept is good

I was having a decent enough time. Then I met Claire. An angel with a voice of sandpaper.
I don't know who approved that voice or mic quality, I figured it was just some early access placeholder... Nope, nevermind, it's a full release.
If you guys over in Japan are hiring, I can supply my own mic.
