i can't even get past the find 5 people for my party it seems stuck i already wander the whole area the city and the dungeon it didn't trigger anything

You need to go down from the center of first dungeon area, between the flights of stairs. Trigger breaks sometimes - for me too - so try a couple of times, wiggle about the entrance to the room, etc. Hope it hepls.

u mean Quest 11: Find Me! if so:
Hiding Spot 1: Weaponsmith shop between 2 boxes.
Hiding Spot 2: Guild building behind the barrels at the back.
Hiding Spot 3: At Love Park in the trees.

Just don't push the horses. )
I mean, the game has enemy difficulty option, adjust it to your pace. You do not really need to face the higher-tiers to progress through the story, those are for people who like challenges. Higher difficulty means higher money/exp yield, so if you want the progress to be faster - steadily raise enemy strength to the level you can afford.
Also, enemies have weaknesses and specific moves, figure those out and you can do higher tiers easier.

I understand, look, what happens is that I put the game on normal difficulty, eh, it was going well until at one point the enemies started to get even stronger, I guess I'll try to follow your advice, thanks anyway

The only problem with this game is the power scaling. Enemies get stronger to match the player's level, so no matter how many hours you spend on grinding it will still be difficult.
