Afair, pregnancy is working. You need to go to your room and rest for some days in order to see a effect. 15-20 days of smashing the rest button. After that, the girls stay pregnant forever or until you delete them.

in the past it was knock them up and they get forever pregnant (i think you could turn the pregnancy off to fix it?)

as for now it seems like the pregnancy is at least glitchy so idk.

For me it helped to full screen and back to windowed (by pressing F). It seems like game forgets to load certain UI elements, or maybe spawns them far off from the window

(Ok it's once ou advance gertude questline and get the temple)

(I guess you have to keep going in the jungle and find those pots to break)

PS also is there a way to replay the story scenes with gerturde ?
