WOOOOOW, the game kinda started out a little slow but HOLY SH*T did it get amazing, I'm the part where Bennet was killed While the beautiful and stunning Analia was visiting the MC, and the women, I don't think that I've seen one unattractive woman in this game, the renders and sex scenes are top notch, thank you dev

We have a bad update. Payoneer banned our account.
We asked for the reason, and they said it's due to breaking their TOS and prohibited transactions. We are assuming, and it seems to be the only possible reason, that they sniffed around our Patreon accounts.
We were using this Payoneer account for 8 years and never had a single issue with their TOS. Their Mastercard was our only option to purchase anything internationally, which also includes our cloud server subscriptions.
As it stands, we can't take out any money that we earn from our Patreon accounts (the only other option is PayPal, and we don't have it + they are worse than Payoneer when it comes to moderation).
All of our subscriptions will expire at the start of next month, as our card has also been blocked. We will be losing access to half of our monthly revenue due to this sudden action.

Also apparently there was a preview posted on their patreon on October 16, but unfortunately I'm not a Patron and they didn't share it on Steam so I don't know what the image is. So my guess is we might have to wait a while before we get new content from her and her husband's games and they want to solve this first somehow.

We have had several exchanges with Payoneer and they said the decision is permanent. They also locked the Payoneer account on our Patreon pages, which means we cannot disconnect it or replace it with a different Payoneer account. As it stands, Payoneer has blocked our Patreon IDs.

We also do not have a bank option because bank transfers are processed through Payoneer.

The PayPal option is not available either, as mentioned before.

So basically, there is no direct way for us to withdraw our Patreon money. This is the 2nd day of December and while everyone else has already been paid, we received nothing. All the money is sitting in our Patreon balance and we cannot withdraw any of it. We are almost 50% down in terms of our monthly income. This also affects our payments from itch. We cannot access those funds either.

There is one possible way to withdraw the money but it is extremely complicated. On top of that, it would cost us at least 20% of the Patreon funds just to make the withdrawal. It is essentially a last resort.

How can you help?

You can purchase our games on Steam, gift them to others, or share them with people who might be interested in buying them. Our Steam funds are the only revenue we currently have access to.
