That's also been done; I know this one has definitely been done because I was one of those that sent a complaint to the hosting company and the domain registrar and Cloudflare.

I can't do a DMCA, I'm not the dev; but the host, the domain reg and Cloudflare all have it in their terms not to cater to pirated content.

Okay. Let me trow my hat in the ring. First of all fuck that website and those fuckwards selling other people’s content!

I’ve recently hired a professional company for this exact reason called
And they have been doing a wonderful job. They helped us remove a shit ton of stolen and pirated content. They send out DMCA notices and take down content extremely fast.
A few days ago they even took down 2 Patreon accounts that where selling our games. (And yours too probably)
Here are some screenshots of what they have been able to remove in the past 20 days
Since we hired them we noticed a lot more people becoming our Patrons since it’s harder to find pirated copies of our games. (Yes. They are taking down the pirated content on f95 too but just the download links for now. We told them to hold out on f95 for a bit and not go berserk... what they wanted to do in the first place.)
I highly recommend you consider being their client. Since they do a truly great job. And if you want to protect your work. One more great thing about them is that they do all the work and you can just continue developing your game. You don’t need to fill out DMCA’s with your personal information. They handle all of it.
I’ll contact them now about this website and tell them what’s going on. They will take down our game from it in no time. And I’ll also tell them to sue them in our name for the damages.
I don’t care if the idiots hosting that page go to prison.

I made a suggestion on the DeLuca Family thread to file a complaint towards Mastercard and the other companies that they use. I figure that is the best way to get the site taken down, if they have no money they can't keep it going.
Obviously the games are copywrite, but they contain many illegal things too from a fetish perspective. The credit card companies don't want anything to do with that.

Besides sending a take down notice. The very next thing if not the first thing contact visa and master card and let them know about the website being used to sell entirely contraband. They can actually block his site entirely from being able to take any form of their credit card payments. Meaning he won't be able to sell shit.

I'd spend the money on an attorney. They are not just violating most countries copyright but also EU IP laws and so on.
You could also make for a criminal case if you lawyer has half a brain he will. He will push for that conviction and use it in the civil suit against them.
Why put them behind bars. Most likely they aren't going to have enough money to pay yours or anyone else's legal fees or the cost of anything else.

This is disgusting, I cannot believe they are still up and running while Steam removed all of their eroge content in Germany.
Wow, what in the hell. They have their own patreon and making over 12-18k usd a month from stealing and selling other peoples content. Someone needs to go and burn their hq down, disgusting.

None thought that they payed to have the games, right ? They get the games for free from pirate sites, and it's the best place to have them all ; and anyway the place where most of the other pirates sites get their own content. Just taking an eyes on the community is enough to lead them to this thread, that is a must follow.

Probably.
Being able to easily unpack any game is a double-edged sword, it can be a very good thing like it can be a very bad thing.
I would be surprised if they had any game made in Unity in that website.

From an Italian native speaker, "Le mie dame" doesn't mean "The Lady Sandwich", but "My Ladies", so it's a problem of the translator that you're using. However, I won't say and I can't say that there's not an error, because in Italian "A Knight's Tale" would be "Il racconto di un cavaliere", or something similar, not "Le mie dame". Probably this happened because who made that translation was either doing it while drunk or I don't know what. However, has this site been taken down or not? I'd comprehend if they sold only the translation files in Italian, because that translation would be their work, but here they are selling the entire game and claiming that the copyright of the entire game is theirs, which is false and false copyright claim it's a crime. Maybe they are relying on the fact that we have a very slow judiciary system, that's a huge problem here in Italy, so whoever person has the copyright and wanted to make a cause against them would be discouraged to do so, but if they encounter the wrong person that has the patience to make a cause against them, they're fucked.
