I think there might be some more games though, last time I checked I found a link somewhere on the site where they listed all the games they have, which where more than they show on the main site, I just can't find it anymore.

Hey there, I can confirm there are more games on the website, but I couldn't recognize them all (I compiled the list above).
And about the link you wrote about, it's quite hard to find, you need to go to the Membership section and then click on the "buy single games button".

We have contacted our lawyer on this issue and will be seeking damages. This is fucking outrageous. Any of you interested into suing them? Maybe we could make this a class action lawsuit. If you are interested please message us.

The lawyer will have to sue the owner of the site by sending him a letter and for information to the hosting website, this could already suspend the site or offline.
Then he will have to send the letter for information also to the Italian postal police who have the task of monitoring computer fraud and the like.
The complaint letter must be sent to the court and police post of the same city where the hosting is based. If you mention hosting, they will immediately take action to defend themselves against the site owner.

the fact is that, knowing the Italians, when you go to the postal police to say: they stole my porn game from me; for sure then they will also check you and the site where you had it for sale (patreon) so you have to have your back covered and be in good standing before taking a lawsuit or it will backfire.

What's to stop him from making his own "watermark" and using it to stamp over the dev's? But I don't think watermarks would deter him at all. He'd still sell it.
