There's a contact form on their website. Link here >@Runey :
how did you contact them? I just used the form on their website, but i doubt it could proof if they just dont react.
Seems you got feedback from them (email address)
Is it possible to share that email for sending a message with proof?
of course i am aware about that form and i still used it - but how can i proof that i have sent a messsage if they will not react? There's a contact form on their website. Link here >You must be registered to see the links
I was referring specifically to the US patent system that only relatively recently has started to review some patents for digital stuff that were preposterous. In the old days you could patent with very general wording software stuff to the point that you weren't patenting your software but very abstract notions of operations on the computer. I remember this from a YouTube video about a guy who talked about a time he had to testify in a court case to destroy a copyright. It was some software conference and was pretty interesting.I'm not sure if you didn't read my post or what, but the point of my post was to demonstrate that US copyright law doesn't work the way that polywog described it. Intellectual property isn't a race in the US either, at least not more so than anywhere else. It's really not that different from Italy, since the US and Italy both have agreed to the Berne Convention.
The same goes for patents, since most countries, including the US and Italy, follow theYou must be registered to see the links.
So, I'm not clear what part you think is "broken" in US law compared to Italy's system, or whether that idea was based on accepting polywog's incorrect description of US law.
I'll agree with this, but this has more to do with the Patent Office being understaffed with people who understand the technology, thus granting patents that shouldn't have been granted, rather than anything to do with problems in the patent law itself.I was referring specifically to the US patent system that only relatively recently has started to review some patents for digital stuff that were preposterous. I agree, I have definitely been imprecise in saying "patent system" without distinguishing the legislative aspect from the administrative de facto state of things.I'll agree with this, but this has more to do with the Patent Office being understaffed with people who understand the technology, thus granting patents that shouldn't have been granted, rather than anything to do with problems in the law patent law itself.
But back to the topic at hand. I find it rather hilarious how their "You must be registered to see the links" page says to contact supporto@giochipremium.com if "someone was in possession of the copyright of any of our deeds", and yet they block most people who would want to complain from even seeing their website.
If you need to see the site, use theYou must be registered to see the links, which anonymizes you enough to access the site.

I have contacted Patreon letting them know that I was just informed someone may be in contact with them to shut my game down. I have also told them that I am not aware of anything that is against their terms of service that is on my page, and am willing to do anything and everything to make my page follow their terms of service if need be.for what reason should Harem Hotel be taken down from Patreon? i dont see anything like incest, bestiary or other stuff against Patreons ToS
... but maybe you should inform Patreon that they illegal sell stuff from Patreon on their site and also violate copyrights by changing codes and claiming them to be their property
