Last time I played, the deer has a sex scene that can randomly play (I have no idea what triggers it other than going to bed before her in her own bed with good enough relationship), one in the shower if you join her you have the option to, the girafe you have to get invited to her place and after you get out of the hotub there is an option, and jasmine, you need to live with her and survive long enough that she'll randomly ask you to drink with her one night (though her scene is kinda disappointing)

Though keep in mind all the scenes you don't see any penetration at all even if some is going on, which I'm assuming is so there's less work actually putting in a dick model penetrating her or switching it depending on what genitals your MC has which is lazy and disappointing to me
