Truly been a while since I touched the game…

So now I have a question: after installing the latest version, I’ve somehow ran into an interesting problem: I can’t enter combat. Either that or I simply get locked in combat mode (if it’s a forced event like with fighting a rebellion) with nothing but the background visible, unable to do anything. Spent a while trying to find a solution. Anyone else encountered that kind of thing?

My combat skill is constantly decreasing from C to D, I can delay it with more sparring but it never lets up, and I don't see why this would be happening according to the wiki. Is this part of the game now?

Probably you're playing as one of the "canonically weak" characters, either with a normal start, or a custom start with "ignore story" not ticked. That'll give you some strength decay, which intensifies if you get to A rank strength.
Other than that, eating D quality food will also decay your strength by 1 point, when it's in C rank. The other factors seem to be correctly listed in the wiki article.

I used this cheat to remove stat decay as a new player.

Looked a bit more into it and, playing as Johny, I guess I can't keep combat above D reliably, that seems annoying.

How can I train my magic level?
It says I need to train slaves with outcomes A+ or better but I don't have the skill to train them A+, I trained one to C- max. Kinda need help to make my slaver better.

I think it's about the outcome of the lesson, how well did the lesson happen, her diligence during it.

Another way to train would be to keep casting spells throughout the game. In a year worth of in-game time, I think it's possible to go from F to S naturally.

Additionally, one of the outfits gives you a magic boost.

Outcome is not about skill, it's about diligence. Slave has to be obedient, devoted, smart and happy enough to be willing to learn. Slaves with "Enchantress" trait get higher training outcome at magic.

Can you guys please tell me how can I improve strength easier? I mean sparring with amazons all day seems hard way.

Exiting my home, I got a letter about participating in an all-afternoon gangbang at the guild, from a Lord Durbat.

Only regular group training was available, and I have no idea what was supposed to happen or if thing's are bugged. Did the group training and nothing special happened. Is there supposed to be some event that isn't triggering or not implemented?

Also, does having two people doing accounting (slave and assistant supervising) have a different result than just one slave/assistant, assuming that intelligence and skill are the same all around?

Slave Maker 3 is similar, as well as Brothel King. I also heard of Free Cities and Strive for Power. Maybe there are new ones that I don't know Tell us how they compare!

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this problem? I've downloaded all of the visual softwares listed on here and I've looked through the files in my game (the images are all there in the pic folder where they should be), but when I go to load the game, no photos will load, just the text like so:

I've also downloaded a different QSP to see if that was the issue, and other versions instead load like this and then give me an error and shut down:
I'm not particularly tech-savvy and I've tried all that I could think to do so I would appreciate if anyone had any ideas of what to do to fix it!

Even the font don't display correctly in the main menu That's weird.

If you had downloaded the dev' version, I'd have thought it's a matter of an incorrect folder structure. If it didn't launch at all, it'd be from the redistribuable requirements... Here, I don't know.

However, the 3rd screenshot lets me think you tried the wrong executable (the "QSP 5" icon on the top left).

Try to change the game's folder location, on another hard drive maybe, then try to launch the game ("Jack-o-nine-tails.exe" in the main folder) as administrator.

If it doesn't work, check the size of the gamefolder and assess if everything is indeed correctly installed. You could try to unzip the game again, or download from scratch from another link. With every step that doesn't work, try providing screenshots so we can determine if you're doing everything correctly.

I fully uninstalled and reinstalled everything (including the visual studios) and moved it to my desktop instead of downloads and now it's working -- thank you so much for your advice! I've been wanting to play for a while now

There are two conditions. Strength, magic and dominance must be at least S+. Ogre, warg, werewolf, huge fiend, vampire and lich must be defeated.

If you upload a saved game just before you get stuck (and tell us what action gets you stuck), we can troubleshoot from there.
