Also that's an animation frame, i guess that's obvious so it's your 1 minute multiplied by the fps to get 1 second of clip, if he prerenders them.

Can't answer this, as I'm not the one who proposed this. Keep in mind there were plenty of Jenny proposals this month, so...
I guess there are just too many tastes to satisfy with a single monthly animation.
