. I mean, 4K is called 4K because it's about ~4000 pixels horizontally. 2K is just half of that. This is just a case where there's no real rules so people just use the labels they prefer.

Generally considered you're right in order to meet the requirement of 2K, its width have to fall in the 2,000-pixels range.
But one does not exclude the other as shown here:
However, the 2K DCI that you are referring to is a standardized set of resolutions meant for motion pictures.

A native 2K (and even more 4K) looks way better than FHD that's my whole point that's why i think something is wrong with the MW2 4K video (official from jackerman) that was shared here, can't see any difference at all watched on different screens & made a side by side comparison seems equal to the fhd version.

He cannot decline the request. Patron like many other plattforms (Twitter, Youtube, Twitch) have change their ToS to include "rules" as (paraphrasing) ... "whatever you do on other websides or plattforms and we (Patron) do not like, will lead to violation of Patrons ToS...". So even if Jackerman does decline to give them access to the discord server, Patron can still simply say he violated the ToS. Patron does not need to proof its true! They will ban anyone who does not fall in line with their world views.
