This is NOT AI.
You can tell by the items on the desk and background, the chair in the foreground... all being coherent; the hand; and the really bad fit and folds of the clothes above. AI actually does tight clothing very well, but loose clothing is actually hard to prompt for. The pants would never come out like that. Ever.

I think MW3 will be good but not enough to compensate the shorts we would have gotten.
Edit: I think if he made a game like Tentacular (in less time) would be way better, with some shorts anims you could do a larger narrative and i think it would please his audience
