A good rule of thumb is to take actual dates as guesses, "near the end of the month" is probably the closest you are going to get to an exact answer.

he's the best 3d adult animation artist out there imo, i have yet to see anyone who creates visuals as amazing as Jackerman does.

There are a Few Animators Out There there better then jackerman ... but they dont bring 4 Min + Vids Out Evry Month Like Jackermann... NYL is a Example Way Better ANimator but needs Alot of Time To make these....
I am waiting for the new video so bad, every second is hard to wait

Don't get your hopes up about seeing a looot of 'action'. JM's last couple of vids kinda humbled me as a fan, so I'm waiting for the vid just to fap... I mean, appreciate Anne's beauty, the 'plot' and the quality of his work, which is always amazing.
And his mom is the town's bicycle. Now that's one helluva hybrid person not even aliens could 'reverse engineer'.

1st step: I do some cleanups using a custom masked deband VapourSynth script, then feed the result to Topaz GaiaHQ 100% scale.
2nd step: 60fps motion interpolation using Flowframes - RIFE 2.3/4.0 AI models.
Final step: Upscale with either nnedi3_rpow2 or
