To tell the truth, if MW doesn't come out in December I wouldn't be disappointed... more than anything I'd be surprised that it needs more time.
Also because we are already beyond my expectations, in fact I thought (hoped) that the video would be ready by September/October

Hard to judge exactly, since he does 'pre-production' as well. Which is scripting, his sudden decision to commission original music, etc. I would probably set it when he changed the short production, giving up his months to work on MW3, which was after Soviet Seduction. If memory serves that was around mid-2022, wanna say August. Shorts became semi-monthly.
Then around halfway through 2023, it changed a little again, with 5-6 weeks dedicated to shorts and 4 to MW, which stayed like that until halfway through this year
