Not really, more often than not, bronze base vastly outnumbers the other tiers. Specially since maybe a third of the gold level supporters actually vote.

So it's not a "popular vote" then, since single votes are "weighted" by an affiliated tier. The system of which you speak is more like the United States "Electoral College" which has historically nixed the popular vote.
Then that's my mistake. I remember watching the beginning of Mother's Warmth 2, and assumed that the girl in the picture was his girlfriend. I also assumed the blurred name under the photo which read "rebecca_t" was the name of this girlfriend (But now I realize it was "@annastoppable." Forgive my ignorance of social media.) Mother's Warmth is Jack's own thing, so only he'd know. Given Damon is still a teen, and Rebecca is definitely a full grown woman with her own house, I think them being in a relationship would be a stretch of the imagination xD. It hasn't been outright said in the animations yet, but its more or less confirmed from the various previews and chatter through 3's development
