If he didn't abandon the shorts then he could cancel MW3 altogether, because then the project would never be finished. The problem is having the nerve to lie so much about MW3. What Jackerman is doing is showing that he has no respect for anyone.

I would have preferred if he still did the minis because we get a bit here and there and we have to wait for MW3 anyway, so
Most likely explanation is that he stopped the Mini's to focus on this fleshlight brand deal

The question I am asking myself is "Were MW 1 & 2 so great that it was necessary to stop everything else to prioritize a long sequel?"
Honestly I like his work but I would not say it is worthy making short movies about it. Just 5 min videos were great in my opinion. And if I had to choose I would not put MW as the best he has done and deserving more than everything else to be made into a longer work.

No one on discord is criticizing him, right? Because it's ridiculous that he's lying about MW3's release dates so many times and people are applauding it all. It almost seems like they're encouraging him to keep postponing everything.

His supporters have a parasocial relationship with him and his characters, He could come out tomorrow and unironically say MW3 is coming out in 2030 and they would not bat an eye. Its not like 5-20 bucks a month or whatever is a lot, its just the idea of giving money to a scammer who just wants your money and will put in the least amount of work possible it get it. Anyone who still supports him is either beyond ignorant or brainwashed.
