MW3 can be as amazing as it wants, but the situation Jackerman created to make it happen is completely ridiculous and only serves to show how he has no respect for anyone. And besides, there's no point in MW3 being spectacular if it's never actually ready.I can promise you it's not going to be worth the wait. He dragged this shit out way too much.
He would have to release a 1-hour Shakespearean play that somehow has great 3D porn animations in it to even come close to being worth it.
And I pity the fools that keep paying him.

Pretty much the correct answer, don't pay for delays and messing around, pay for product.Worth the free wait, not the pay wait)

FR, people seem to expect the guy to work as fast as an animation studio even though he's just one guy.Not to be THAT guy, but animation alone can take a while, for example one second of hand drawn animation is about 24frames, that's 24 pictures someone had to draw just for one second of animation, unless they animate "on twos" which is 12frames per second of animation.
Yeah 3D animation isn't exactly the same but it still takes some time, not including the lighting and rigging and physics on top of that, or even the other poses and ideas he tried to storyboard that didn't end up working out. So yeah, 2 - 3 months "just" for that 10 second sneakpeak, but also for everything else that went into making that scene work.
I understand peoples frustrations here but I think people severely underestimate what goes into animation, especially from those who don't understand what animation actually involves, you see 10 seconds and think he just posed the models, dragged the legs over, clicked the "enhance wobble" button, turned the lights on, then hit render and then sat back on his ass with a smug smile for 3 months. Some of you think that, and some of you deliberately want to think that because it's fun to dunk on JM and some of you don't care you just want it now.
Brother most people who post here dont even really care bout the animation at this point. They just tune in every now and then to crack jokes or see if there were any updates.I would like to point out that no one is keeping you here, no one is demanding you wait, no one is demanding you go through another delay. If you don't like it, you know where the door is, go touch grass, find something else to preoccupy your time rather than sitting and twiddling your thumbs for a crumb of JM content. We all know you'll bitch and moan about how MW3 won't be worth the wait, so everyone, do yourself a favour. Lets not start another argument here. We'll just be repeating ourselves. Yes, MW3 is taking too long, Yes we know you want it now, No I'm not defending him I'm being realistic here and asking for strangers on the Internet to be level headed and use some common sense, regardless of how long it's taken, he's just one dude, doing it all himself...
PirateSoftware hasn't managed to release his game after 8 years and there's only two dudes working on it.
We all have something better that we could be spending our time on.
But he's the one who creates this expectation by announcing multiple dates and often saying things like "no more postponements will be necessary" and then continuing to postpone for several more months, even years. Jackerman has been blatantly lying about MW3 for years because he knows there will always be people to defend him, even if he has no respect for them.FR, people seem to expect the guy to work as fast as an animation studio even though he's just one guy.
