It seems to me that MW3 is recreating MW2 exactly, in terms of story context and even what happens within the story. Structure... it seems the same, and even the same thing is going to happen, judging by this last frame and the previous ones. They could have varied the actions a bit, but little else. At the beginning, they tell a story with the sisters and the boy, blah blah blah, and then we cut to the boy with his mother, repeating the same actions with his mother, with different angles as in MW2, but essentially the same.

MW1 was launched in early 2021 and MW2 was launched in November 2021, meaning it was a short production time compared to the ridiculous situation with MW3.

I don't really have a dog in this since I'm not supporting him since the first delay, but I do find the situation funny. You know that all this extra runtime due to script isn't going to be more sex scenes. There's going to be like 4 minutes of sex and 36 minutes of poorly written story.

Don't get me wrong, I want some story to my smut. But the scales weigh quite heavily towards the smut and not so much towards the story.
