try using IDM and never download through browser, mine goes from a few hundreds kbps to my full bandwidth

damn that's unfortunate, if all 4 links behave the same then it might be the connection you're on, like VPN/DNS could directly affect speed

Could be since my internet provider is kinda shitty, well ty for telling me about IDM

no problem dude, IDM is the best solution for me.
by the way if you haven't done this, you could go to IDM options > connection > and set the max conn number to 32
