I-patch in OP is named as JASON-V0.7.2i1-pc. It is updated for v0.8.1 bcz from name it doesn't seem so or is it universal?
You choose whether the character is cis-female or not. These sorts of questions are why I wished the staff had adopted my proposal fo an optional version of certain tags.

So... updated iPatch when? And the OP says v0.8.1 has a "taboo" patch, but it didn't seem to be in the unzipped folder?The character in question will be whatever the player wants it to be.
Like other aspects of the game, Jason adapts to the players and what they like.
And I'm sure that once you've played it, you'll become a patron of the game

The taboo patch is compatible even if I disk version v0.7.
In all cases, the logo must be green. When it turns red, you'll need to update the taboo patch.

there is no "interdit.jas" file so it's only partly included inside the "script.jas" enyway, without the interdit file you can't unlock incest.

for me the patch complains about strings and exeptions so it does not load for me.
Please don't abandon this game! Pubic hair customization for every female character is the best thing that happened to porn games. Also It's fucking amazing that we get at least some anal content for Lexie, right from the start.
Do you plan to release Episode 1 to Steam eventually? I want to support development, but there is no ways to pay on Patreon or SubscribeStar currently in my country. It will get the game much deserved exposure, sad to see such perfect project sitting at 640 patreons and probably not worth working on full time instead of main work.

If you have a PC, unzip the interdit.jas and script_interdit.jas files into the folder named "game".
When you restart the game, you should see this green logo:
Is it just me or is Alex's path glitches on Android? I was going to stay at the office or go out with the other guy and it skips that and I end up at Alex's apartment and have sex with her.
Play the prologue. There will be a question while speaking to your therapist about asking If you are sexually attracted to your mother and sister and answer yes and it will turn it on.

Yes, I'm thinking of putting it on steam when I've finished the other Episode 1 choices I've started to develop.
For the Patreon, alas, I don't have 600 patrons but just over 200. The others are free patrons who follow the project and indeed, I'd need a lot more support to be able to produce full-time. I'd like to, but for the moment it's not an option.

In a future update, I'll add the possibility of changing this option during the game to avoid having to start from the beginning for those new to the taboo patch!
