it's actually re-enabled for replays after you are force-fed it the first time once you reach the end. This is why autoclicker programs exist, aside from decent mice having buttons good for 50m clicks (multiple years of clicking all waking hours, or about 10,000 decent-length AVNs).
Jesus, you must be new to AVNs. It's not done yet, not even close, as far as story the only completed part is the prologue. The current end is a called a cliff hangar and will continue next update, whenever that is, and is not an avoidable bad ending like you are probably thinking. Sometimes LI's in your harem die with no way to save everyone, this is not the first AVN to do that *recalls Acting Lessons*. Not sure if the rework going forward will change that but previews suggest she will recover later like in the pre-rework version. At least in this one you have spare LI's and quite a few at that so it's not like the MC now has a dry dick for the rest of the story because of a dead LI. And when it refers to other choices it means other alternate paths earlier in the story, like if you don't get the Lexi/Mia 3some you get one of the other ones with your coworkers I already forgot the names of and it's not referring to some near-term choice that will save Maria.What a hypocritical game! There's no way to continue the game. It always tells you to go back to the save and make other choices. There are no other choices: either you accept her or you don't. What garbage.
The second time I accepted her, and I was in the same place, I became a monster through the pendant, but it didn't help. The priest ended up exterminating the monster and killing Marya, the prostitute, even though I accepted her on the first date.
The day I downloaded the game, it said "complete," but now the "complete" tag has been removed from the same version. What madness is this? And how can I continue the game if the prostitute dies? It completely destroys the game, even though there's a world of things still to do.

Steam versions of porn will always be shit. I quit using Steam altogether back in July and now just pirate everything but with this one the first version aside from what you mentioned Lexi's younger sister Maddie was also 16 in her bio page, not 18, and also had a bush-shave-or-not scene with Lexi in the bathroom that was removed (potential epic sister sandwich there) so yeah, Steam versions of AVNs suck and I dunno why some people prefer those.
Beyond the initial settings + choice effects there's no reason to cheat anyway, it does nothing that I can tell with maxed whatever, at least not yet. Group sex is just a tracked variable if choices led to having a Lexi/Mia 3some. No idea what that will do in future updates, maybe make it easier to get future 3some choice options *looks forward to the hairy Lexi-Madison-ginger-sister sandwich* (damn, sounds like a new limited-time menu item at McDonald's).
Most devs do that so it's likely, and usually saves between the 2 are incompatible so will have to start over for that version.
I doubt old SS saves will work either, this rework has massive content changes.

I asked him dc and he said it's the same story but he changed the beginning and it's different
