As far as I've gathered, Steam only went after games that blatantly advertised incest or such, having it included in the game's title for example. Of course it's up to Lexie lecoeur to decide what they make of those latest developments, but given that the Patreon is still around as well, I have hope nothing much has to change.

The trans girl is awsome and so well written, I love that she isnt made as a comedy relief type charecter, I hope you keep big focus on her

So far I'm liking this game, but there's something in it that has me a bit confused. Mind you, I've just finished the prologue, so I don't know much about what happens next, but I have doubts regarding the content/choices as of now:
First of all, as soon as you start the game, you have this chat in which they ask Jason about his sexual orientation and about jealousy.
Now, for the first one, I chose straight, but when having sex with Oreo at the end of the Prologue, there was a choice to imagine that you're banging Marvin instead. What has me confused is that I thought that by choosing your preferences at the beginning, certain content or choices would be "locked" or wouldn't appear in the first place.
Which also leads me to the one about jealousy. I'm assuming that it's NTR-related? Or NTS at least, since the answers are whether you don't even want to think about that sort of stuff, or if it turns you on. However, there's the voyeuristic scene of Rita blowing Erik, how Monique "fantasizes" about his brother Marvin, or when your sister kisses Melissa, her girlfriend.
Now, I know that these aren't NTR scenes, I'm not complaining at all, but again, I'm confused, because the question about jealousy referred to not only your partner, but to people you might desire. I don't know if Monique, Melissa, your sister or Rita are potential LIs, but there's always this thin line between not being involved with them (yet) and not minding watching them doing lewd things with other characters. I mean, I'm one of those that don't really enjoy watching potential LIs doing stuff with other dudes, even if we haven't gotten closer yet. But I digress.
My question is, do the answers from the beginning actually have any impact at all, or am I stuck into having potentially related NTR choices in the future? I might be biased for not liking the genre, but harem and NTR/NTS are like oil and water to me, and the game does have subtle hints suggesting that it might lead to that type of content.

Keep in mind that I always leave the option to change your mind at any time. If you don’t want NTR, it will never be forced on you, but that doesn’t mean you can’t change your mind later — if you want to, you’ll be able to. So for example, with Oreo taking Marvin’s appearance, you just don’t click on that choice and you’re fine. Same with the peephole: you can pretty much guess something is going to happen, and even as a straight player nothing stops you from either not looking, or deciding to look anyway!
As for NTR, which isn’t in the game yet, it will be the same thing. The choice at the beginning mostly influences the dialogues. When the time comes, if that kind of content is ever offered, you’ll always be able to avoid it — or try the experience if you want.
