Thanks for the link. Any idea how to switch the language? I see the locale files of other languages are still in there but can't seem to find a way to change it.

So I tested out a few languages by changing the file name to "en-GB.pak" and "en-GB.pak.info" and they all pull up an error when launching. I'm pretty sure the game is english only.

Game is quite hard if you're expecting it for casual lol. Just piece of advice, don't go aiming to increase her relationship in first couple weeks, you won't meet your quota without savescumming if you do so. Just spam teach and rest if needed. Focus on 1 skill at a time! Aim for level 2 of 3 main skills first, then proceed to level 3. Don't bother to level up "Smile" and "Add dish" before leveling your 3 main skills to level 3. Her stress threshold is 70% and every rest command reduce 50% so don't use rest when it's not necessary. Always prioritise masturbate and enhancing your dish at night. It takes two times to level up 1 star, focus on 1 dish at a time. Prepare for sudden points cuts for whatever reason (50p for first scene, 40p later), your sis might be gyaru and wingman but bratty as hell. Manage your points wisely early game! You will either get comfortable at week 4 (could be less because I messed up a lot) or get gameover because its the hardest point lol.

I actually found it easier to ignore all of the skills but one. There is some bonus for getting "good" ratings, but it isn't enough to care about past the first week. Beyond that, the only thing that determines your daily pay and restaurant rating are the rating points.
When you serve a customer, the rating points you get depend on two things. 1) the quality of the dish they happened to choose (improved later in the story) and 2) Mitsuki's skill as a waitress. Every skill has a base amount of rating points that increase based on the skill's level. The main thing to avoid is picking a skill that would trigger "bad" ratings with a customer. For example; a customer that wants to take their time and enjoy the meal would not appreciate it if you push the side menu or speed them along.
What the game doesn't tell you is that the 2 skills initially locked have a much higher base rating point value than the Voice/Speed/Politeness skills. Additionally, the far right skill

Does "Going to the adult store" do anything? or is it bugged? - I clicked it to see if you could shop or something. But it sends you straight home.

Yeah, it is basically go home, youll get access to it later though, and when you do, youll have 2 go to adult shop options with the bottom being go home.
