Yes
The game needed to be either "Rebalanced" or rewritten from the start.
Too many events in later updates were retro active and by V15 the game had (for new players) had became Unplayable.
SNC choose to "Rebalance" the game (Process ongoing)
By V18 the game was once again (For new players) playable.
