I've managed to figure it out, I had to start spying through the balcony to tirgger those events. My bad for always knocking i guess.
There's a lot of even triggers where you need to selact an unexpected option that makes no sense to start progressing the story in a few places, I can understand people's frustration as these actions make no sense and half of the time there are no tips to guide/coach the player.

To answer to your question working with Daniel only became available after Jen's started working, along unlocking lots of lewd event (BJ/Intercourse/beach trips).
At the moment, I frying my brain on how to have Jen change jobs and trying to convince Elain to hire her. Must have gone through 4-5 Sundays sitting in the living room talking about whats next ...
Kudos for the walkthrough, you did a brilliant job but having it spread across text files makes it harder to find what trigger was missed.

Jenny's 2nd Job is a wee bit tricky,
It the last Big event in the first stage of Chapter one,
Please ensure you have done all of Naida's quests .
The 18:00 photo shoot some times catch players out,
Make sure you have taken ALL the photo for each costume.
(you will not get all the photo on the first time)
Pay very close attention to the Sunday 18:00 event .
There are some slight changes as it progresses and you will have to do something with Elaine,
Even if you do every thing right it does take over five weeks
PS it is not really a "Walkthrough" it's just a record of what I did while playing the game.

1, buying followers, A wee bug You can only buy followers once and it will only cost you $500.
2. When trying to capture a photo of Elaine's face ,
you need to go home and "Sit and wait for her" to capture the image, Inspect camera later to see if successful,
May need to repeat a few times.
Screwdriver visit bathroom morning and in the evening (MAKE SAVES)

Money: For events at the club, Buying gifts and Aphrodisiacs.
Strength: For gym events, Raising mrel, srel, and Joshua corruption,
mind: not sure if it unlocks anything itself, but we need it to space out the day.
Make sure we get to the right room at the right time.

Ok I have a dumb question and I am probably overlooking it somewhere. BUT HOW DO YOU GET JEN TO Go TO WORK?! I have rented the room to Elaine, She using it. (I love seeing here bring that girl over who looks like she been ran through) But nada. Nothing after that week after week nada. I am stuck in a loop.
Any help? Please. I actually loaded ch 3 first liked it so much I went back to 1 and am working from there. I really want to get this going. I am already banging Nadia but nothing else

Assuming you're going for the first job, not the bar or the nightjob. There isn't a singular action but you need to through every possible dialog interaction and have her stats raised. Once all interaction triggers with her are exhausted then you need to make sure you to be in the living room Sunday 6pm where Elaine visits.
Look at my post just above, 8 comments up, I think there is also time limit factors (i.e. how many days/weeks of repetition but i could be wrong).
I think there are a few!! bugs in C1 as I've looped between 1st and 2nd job even though I had already progressed throught those like 2-3 times. Somehow chatting with Elain was mixing things up (but how can you avoid chatting to that hottie), had excaclty the same with Cheryl at the mobile store where the story felt like moving backwards and then with Melinda and MC talking about Nandia. Still at it
Haven't played Ch2, Ch3 yet but this game needs some simplification rework or a spoiler-inclusive walkthrought to avoid players getting frustrated.

Thanks I will keep at it. I started ch3 and was like I need to start from the beginning to see how we get here. I agree a walkthrough or a hint button would be helpful.
