- @ 18:00 Jenny is going to ask Elaine for a day job, next day same time Elaine tells her about a waitress job. This event happens after you've rented your room to Elaine at least once.
- You have the option to buy swimwear for Nadia photoshoot, some are a bit expensive.
- Option to visit Rowena
- Rowena visit has 2 options depending on what bikinis you've bought.
- Different story elements which will start events in the future, like Nadia telling him to talk to Rowena and him mentioning her social media page during dinner time.
