Basically you need to complete all the events in the "internet Help" for Nadia.

Have you purchased all of the outfits and done all of the photos?
Started Kissing lessons, Meet Daniel's partner on the beach on Sunday?
Checked and Uploaded photos to her page?

After the scene with Cheryl/Rob or Melinda.
I called Melinda for the first time the next day
ie.
20:00-Go MC's Rm, Call Melinda{+$500},
------(New scene)
