Would be helpful if you had posted a Save as well,
But as "Ino" corruption = 0,
please try this, (IF "Sakura" has a job)
Go to the Hall/Living Room at 15:00 (When Rowenna is there) twice
then go the Hall/Living Room at 10:00 on weekdays and alternately choose "Watch TV" or "Relax".
This should open up more options for you.

Had a look at your game.
You have a number of issues,
a) You need to start taking practice shots at 18:00 in Ino's room.
b) Sukura Needs to start work!
c) You need to start work for Daniel.
d) While we do need points, we do NOT need more then 550(as of v18)
There fore you need to start chasing Events more than Relationship points for Ino.

You need to either focus on b) & c) for now
b) go to hall/living Rm at 18:00 hrs Sunday ("How long is...") and Weekdays.
c) Beach on Sunday (till you meet Shop owner on beach) & [Map] during daytime.

or you may want to consider restarting the game.

This version continues the story, most events are related to asking Elaine for help with Cheryl so she doesn't tell Stewart. In a previous version, Elaine took the main character to the beach and they have met Melinda and Daniel, Daniel says that he needs to see the mc as soon as possible and asks him to pass by the shop during the next day, well that's it, the day has come and it's time to visit the shop now, and the story goes on from there.
This will require several visits to the shop.
Plus additional scenes when Nadia plays the prank on him with the help of Rowena, if you didn't do it first time, do it now again so you can unlock many things with Jenny.
There are 17 animations:
2 with Elaine
1 with Melinda
1 with Nadia
1 with Nadia and Rowena
12 with Jenny
