How to get Jenny to change job? I already have 200+ stats on her, already rented the room multiple times, already see Elaine talk to her in the living room at 18:00 but she still don't get a new job

Elaine need to talk to her about six times ,
you need to pay VERY close attention to them as the changes are very slight.
Also make sure you have finished ALL of Naida's events,
