In the list of latest updates, the game has tags "rape", "sleeping sex", "swinging", but in the OP, there is none of this. Why is that?

jess gets finger raped by mayor, she prolly rides connor when he has morning wood and if jess skips private meeting with mayor then there's swinging and earlier with neighbor.

maybe she rapes The CONNER when riding him in the morning, as he is not able to consent to having sex?!
The major is only fingering her, as it's not sex, how can it be rape?!

What it lacked in my opinion: lesbian scenes
...
and in the lesbian path that now I cannot recall

And by the way, there should be two lesbian tracks. More or less a monogamous one and a naughty one.

And referring to the use of particular characters in them, which ones are you betting on? Because, when analysing the individual characters, it is difficult to find any that stands out in this aspect at the moment. So, analysing them all in turn:
- Heather: Certainly not. It seems to me that it mainly exists to be used as a tool to deprave Jessica. As such, plot-wise we can count on particular scenes (both in pair and in various group arragements), but at the same time, it isn't likely to use her for futher character development.
- Rose: Possibly, but it seems unlikely. I can see her, mainly as a character with whom (other than being the main mentor) we can be in various group arrangements (most probably, not even a orgies, but swinging scenario). But from the plot path so far, there seems to be no alibi to lead to anything more.
- Eve: My favourite. From the start, she seems like an important character (e.g., she's the one we can agree on, during the first conversation in the office), mysterious, but still, she's the one who comes first to use innuendos, in addition, she appears in a surprising number of plot paths (potential co-op, Tommy, Mr. Birch). In addition, she's the only character who, strongly fits the archetype of the conscientious, calculating bitch (which plot-wise, is highly appealing). So, it's looking good so far, but for God's sake, we still only have office conversations, even the characters we've seen twice bring more action. So, without doubt, she was important initially, but it is possible that her thread has been cut.
- Blake: I think not either. Personally, I think she represents a plot reversal for Heather. Namely, we can demonstrate dominance (as Heather did, in the context of Jessica). Through which, it is on her that we will see the results of Jessica's depravity, but plot-wise their relationship seems, highly unbalanced, so the using her as a character, a foreground character just doesn't fit. Which makes her seem, quite a important, but still a supporting character.
- Shani: For a long time, it seemed to me to be a purely secondary character. But for lack of alternatives, it seems to me that she is a possibility. But certainly, there is nothing yet that makes us confident. The scene in the pool, certainly is significant, but I'm not sure what it indicates. It's possible that it's a breakthrough point, in the case of purely Lesbian Jessica. But whether it is indicative of Shani becoming foregrounded or the opposite is impossible to say. By the way, her placement in the town hall means that, plot-wise, she cannot appear often enough to be an unquestionably prominent character.
- Detective Marshall (Naomi): It's just too little. Plot-wise it may be relevant (in terms of solving the Vigilante conundrum), but other than that, I think it's an add-on to Mr Parker and/or Jack.
- Mother/Sister: Just no. At most we can accidentally peep at them.

Sadly buddy there are plenty of folks already doing it for him and few other devs like him.
After this update, even if he doesn't release anything for next year, his patron base will still be satisfied.

Who are these two women in your comment?

Interesting analysis. I find possible a deeper relationship with Rose, Eve, Blake, Shani. Regarding the sister I would really like to see her with Jessica in some sex scenes but incest cannot happen because the game is on Patreon. I think there will be an occasion for Blake with Conner.

Clearly, sister will not happen. That's why I wrote that (non-ironically) catching her in a negligee is the absolute maximum we can expect.

And regarding deeper relationship, with the characters mentioned, it seems to me that one point should be noted. Namely, the fact that we are dealing with version 0.65, which means that we already had, about two thirds of the action. And according to established practice, where each update means a day of gameplay, we're only a week away from the end of the game (provided no sequels are planned).

As a result, it seems to me that little time is left to introduce new plotlines. And 0.65/0.7 is downright the final call. By which, one must ask oneself whether one should use plot consistency or stick firmly to reality when trying to predict the future.

I think Shani and Blake (and Heather), in this context, are already pretty well established. As lovers, with whom Jessica shows other sides of her ‘personality’', but nothing more than important but secondary characters. Well, and it should be noted that, plot-wise, of the three mentioned Shani is the most plausible, as their relationship with each other is not clearly asymmetrical. By which, despite qualities that prevent her from being counted as a primary character in her context (in the context of just a week of gameplay), she becomes a possible option.

Rosa and Eve, then, have a different problem. Namely, they are pretty well established in the game, so plot-wise it just seems that in relation to them, something important just has to happen in the future. But the fact is that after 2/3 of the game, we haven't had any interesting interaction with them (Rosa, in this respect, is worse, as it comes out that we're on an outright path to friendzone, Eve at least gives the impression that all she just needs is a trigger).

But, it seems to me that to create a realistic, interesting and satisfying storyline with just a week's gameplay, you have to try very hard. For that reason, it seems possible that, we are dealing with plot cut-outs.

You're wrong in thinking 0.95 would be the penultimate update. It could continue to 0.100, 0.105, etc. We have no idea how much content will have this story.

There is not that many games, that really consider 0.65 as 2/3 of the game done.
Actually I can't name even 1.
