I guess the hobo scene was more about Jessica's kink of being watched during sex. Chances are low that someone in his position is going to whip out his phone and upload the video to make money off of it.However, I believe, that Stoper has proven to be a good writer and if for some reason they do decide to make some kind of scene/path with a homeless, it won't feel idiotic or forced.
I am no writer, but I can make up a few situations, where the protagonist would choose to go sexual with a homeless and it still would make sense.
Then again, Jessica could become a motherly figure to him, groom him, give him clothes and access to a place to live. And after he's bathed and clothed she could suck and fuck all the anxiety out of him until he's integrated into society once again. Her own little project to do something good for the community.
Or Jessica discovers that she simply loves to do makeovers. Shaving beards, doing the nails and that sort of thing.
